Planning Specialist

1.Handle matters related to the liberal arts education team (fund planning and verification, official document signing, central meeting, executive meeting report reconciliation)

2.Handle the general curriculum of the Common Education Center (the opening, selection and addition of common courses, and credits for the course) (excluding Chinese courses).

3.Handle microcredit courses and MOOCs courses, select courses and credits, and settle assignments.

4.Graduation review of credits for common courses throughout the school.

5.Handling the affairs of the Liberal Arts Education Group, the meeting of the Course Committee and the speech of the Liberal Arts Education Group.

6.Cooperate with the results of all the programs of the General Education Center and compile the results report.

7.Cooperate with matters related to the appointment, promotion and evaluation of teachers in the General Education Center..

8.Cooperate with the large-scale work of each unit of the General Education Center to coordinate and assign manpower.

9.Handle the subsidy for teaching and research on gender equality.

10.Any other matters assigned by the supervisor.
